STEP 1 - Alignment Starts with your Breath.
Your breath holds the key to unlocking your ideal posture and acessing the deep parts of your mind, and so many people don't even pay attention to their breath.
Are you breathing deep into your belly and fully expanding your lungs and ribs? Or are you breathing shallow into your chest?
Should you breath through your nose or mouth? Or both?
How long is your breath cycle and what is ideal?
STEP 2 - Alignment Strengthens with Movement.
You’re going to need your body to get anywhere you want to go in life. Fortunately, our bodies are built to move every single day. When you align movement to with your breath, you'll strengthen your ideal posture, send energy into all your chakras, muscles, and joints, and improve your total fitness (mobility, stability, strength, and stamina).
Can you estblish & maintain proper spinal position?...
...as you move your hips and shoulders?
...as you stand on 1 foot or challange your balance? (intermediate)
...as you increase pace or resistance? (advanced)
STEP 3 - Focus Your Vision
A baseline of physical health will only take you so far. Where do you go next? That’s answer lies within your vision for your life.
Close your eyes that look into the world around you and open your mind's eye. What do you see?
What do you look like?
What do you do?
Where do you live?
Who do you share your life with?
STEP 4 - Align Your Actions with Your Vision
When you take action to align your physical body and life with what you see through your mind's eye, you create crazy possibility for yourself and you can truly shine.
STEP 5 - Align Yourself with Others
The effects of aligning within ourselves is powerful, but the effect when we align with the energy and strength of others can be even more awesome.
The DEEPEST connections and the BEST relationships can happen when you are aligned and then move into alignment with another. Friends, professionals, a partner or spouse, children, pets - these are all stars we may come into alignment with that can brighten our lives as we shine our light into theirs.
STEP 6 - Practice & Repeat
Your light will shine brighter and brighter and you'll find more lights to shine into our own life as you practice and repeat!
