6-8 Week Training Series are offered 4 times per year -
Series offer comprehensive training and practice in the Alignment Method, including personal mindset, fitness, & nutritional coaching.
Metabolic Testing & Nutritonal Coaching
During the first week of the series, you'll have your metabolic rate tested with 95%+ accuracy. The results will give us insight to your metabolic health and nuritional needs. We'll provide a custom nutrition plan aligned with your results to help nourish and empower your body for optimal wellness.
Weekly Group Training
When you commit to a series, you'll chose ONE weekly day/time to meet for a weekly group training session. During that session, we will meet as a group, check in together, and practice the Alignment Method / breathe / exerecise together.
Private Fitness & Mindset Coaching
Every person has their own story and their own path. You'll work with your coach in a private training session to refine your movement, mindset, and breath and empower your most powerful body, mind, and soul.
Additional Group Training and Private Training will be available for sign up on going throughout the series.
Our Signature Session.
You’ll start with your breath, focus your mind, then move your body, challenging it’s mobility, strength and stamina. You finish the session with your body more balanced, chakras more energized, and one session closer to your vision!
Align yourself with improved posture and flexibility.
You'll move with your breath into yoga inspired positions. As your spine aligns and your joints come into balance, you'll notice increased tone in those tough to reach spots - hips, core, shoulders - all sorts of other good things too!
